• Profile data: name, email, mobile, country, city, job title, industry, years of experience, skills, LinkedIn URL.
• Resume file: the PDF or DOCX you upload, plus its filename.
• Preferences & consents: career preferences and privacy/contact opt-ins.
• Review data: AI scores, reviewer notes, status changes, and activity events.
• Technical data: minimal log data for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use your information

• To generate AI and human resume reviews and deliver feedback to you.
• To include eligible candidates in the Talent Pool and share matching profiles with hiring partners.
• To send transactional updates about your application status.
• To improve our review quality and platform reliability.

4. Talent Pool

All applicants are added to the Talent Pool upon submission. You can opt out at any time from your dashboard by turning off the "I'm open to new career opportunities" preference. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain your profile and resume for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us via our Contact page to exercise these rights.

7. Security

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to candidate data is gated by role-based permissions and audit logging.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
