2. Service description

ResumeBridge provides AI-assisted and human-reviewed resume feedback and a curated Talent Pool for hiring partners. We make no guarantee of employment or interviews.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Only upload resumes belonging to you.
• Comply with applicable laws and respect intellectual property.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated abuse, attempting to access other users' data, or interfering with the platform's operation.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant ResumeBridge a limited license to process, display, and share that content with hiring partners as part of the service.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
